The firm was founded in 2006 by VAYONDA SIRMA under the name SIRMA & COMPANY ADVOCATES. Later, DR JOSHUA MBINDA NGULU joined the firm as a Partner. The two partners are supported by a team of a Lawyer and three staff members serving in various capacities.

Since its foundation, the firm has grown from strength to strength and in addition to the 3 lawyers, now employs 3 legal trainees, 2 paralegals and 3 support staff.
